I work in the field of materials engineering as a researcher. My recent experience lies in understanding the mechanical response in multi-phase materials. I have gained skills in both experimental (mechanical testing and characterisation) and computational (crystal plasticity modelling) aspects of the field.
Research Interests: microstructure and crystallographic texture evolution during thermo-mechanical processing, additive manufacturing, crystal plasticity modelling, interphase characteristics, ferrous alloys, hexagonal close-packed materials

Study the deformation and fracture behaviour of Ni-based super alloys for small modular nuclear reactors using in-situ testing combined with crystal plasticity simulations.
Advisors: Prof. Anand K Kanjarla (IIT Madras)
